The Sermon on the Mount is the foundational message of Jesus' revolutionary preaching while on earth. Throughout the Gospels we see so many of the themes from this one sermon repeated. On the hillside, Jesus teaches the Jewish audience how they can please God. But He is also teaching us how we can please God, too.
